What’s a day in the life of a Technical Customer Lead at Applied Intuition?
Technical Customer Leads own and manage customer relationships. As a Technical Customer Lead, you will apply your deep domain expertise to help customers solve engineering challenges, influence product roadmaps, and marshal resources to champion our customers.

What’s a day in the life of a Presales Engineer at Applied Intuition?
Presales Engineers are responsible for driving new sales opportunities to closure. They work closely with Account Managers and Technical Customer Leads to identify new revenue opportunities, qualify leads, and drive technical pre-sales meetings to ensure that we are identifying and chasing down and executing on new opportunities.

Postsales Engineers are responsible for executing on customer account strategy to drive positive health in existing customer engagements. They are crucial to ensuring that users are unblocked and able to use Applied Intuition’s products, and function as the face of the company to the customer base. They work closely with engineering teams and Technical Customer Leads to ensure customers are happy with Applied Intuition’s products.
